The location offered good access to public transport. The room left much to be desired. The cleanliness was poor. I found stains on the bedding, and there were no towels provided. It was frustrating that the heating didn't work properly. I felt uncomfortably cold during the night. The staff seemed overwhelmed and unhelpful when I raised these issues. The overall atmosphere of the hotel felt neglected and uninviting. I wish there had been better maintenance and attention to detail since the potential for a nice stay was there with the location.

Particularly good and great location, big property, extremely comfy beds. Warm enough room, particularly good bathroom. Location adjacent to the suburbs. Plus, 15 minutes drive from Schlosspark Biesdorf. Private parking onsite provided. Not to mention free wifi👌

We explored a nearby environmental center that had great nature tours, perfect for my kids to learn about the environment. The hotel also provided plenty of space for our family to relax and enjoy some outdoor time.
My kids wished there were better room amenities.

We visited the environmental education center to learn about nature and also relived the legendary football World Cup final. The large hotel offered plenty of space for relaxation, and we enjoyed captivating shows at the Columbia Theater.
We encountered some issues with the heating in our room , made it quite uncomfortable during the night.
